I am using VMWare workstation 7.1.1. You will have to forgive me but I am a bit new with Linux, so I am not sure how I can get to that message log you are talking about at the system just repeats the error over and over and never goes any further. I have tried rebuilding from scratch 3 times with no luck. Going to build it on a physical workstation (once I get the resources in), but hoping to get it running on VMWare in the meant time.

What are your logs telling you? "Id 'x'" isn't exactly a lot to go on. Maybe if you look at the dmesg and messages log you'll see something occurring when that message pops up that will help narrow down what process is causing this. Also, what VMware product/version are you using? I've used Honeywall on Workstation 6.5 and ESXi 4.0. Brett D.
