I've created my own using Ubuntu 11.10, borrowing some ideas from the 
long-dormant roo, but ignoring the stuff that I didn't use (the web 
interface, etc.).  Whenever the netfilter update (v1.5?) makes it into a 
current distro that allows NAT in IPv6, then it will truly be workable for 
me (right now I have to run it as a router rather than a bridge in order 
to transparently redirect outbound SPAM to my sinkhole).  At that point, 
if there is interest I'd be willing to share what I've done.
