For manufacturing and distribution of a CD, check out CreateSpace.com. I've used them as a print-on-demand book publisher, not for music, but it's a pretty slick operation for books. I got the idea for a book last June 14 (on wildflowers), and had the book in my hand July 7. They are a division of Amazon, so the CD will appear on Amazon automatically.
