Those look like clockwork springs with mechanical linkages. You'll have to fashion one out of stock brass unless you can find another old horn like it with a similar valve lever. And you'll have to braze it on - soft solder will not hold it. -- Regards, Dave Weiner Brass Arts Unlimited
