I agree with Carlberg, that buzzing my usual routine in the car works well. I 
employ a combination of the BERP (Buzz Extension & Resistance Piece) and a 
gizmo I found at the 1995 Indiana Brassfest, called the "Buzzit". The BERP adds 
enough resistance to make the embouchure muscles work meaningfully. The 
"Buzzit" is shaped loosely like a handgun (yes, I have had to give occasional 
expalantions in airports) but gives the proper holding position and angle. It 
has a wooden block for the hand to grip, and a metal rod with a receiver on the 
end. I have tried to look up the guy who sold it to me since then, but his name 
and the Buzzit name have yielded no results. Someone with shop skills could 
probably fashion one easily.
