Bob, Your reply re trio repertoire brought to mind another violin, horn and piano trio that I once heard you perform. It was a piece by Robert Helps, and I recall that it was a very fine work, well written for all three instruments and quite challenging. I do not know if it ever has been published. I think that I have a manuscript copy (somewhere).
