Hello Dana, I could get him nervous, very nervous, acting like Dr.Karl Boehm in 
Fidelio: 

arriving in the pit, receiving the large welcome applaud, turning around 
quickly & the down beat is there: dee-tu-tuh - Tee-tu-tuh - 
Theee-tu-tuh-tu-tuut, silence, hypnotic view, a very little gesture for the so 
much feared down beat for the two horns. I would like to have William on 2nd, 
to learn him to get nervous, while I am cold like ice - outside. 
He would ask me whispering: "Is blood brown ?" - "No, why ?" - "His eyes are 
like stilettoes & I feel might be injured !?"
Carlos Kleiber was not better at his Rosenkavaliers. Not yet arrived on the 
conductors place he gave the upbeat to the horns. Nuremburg formula One is like 
a most comfortable walk compared with that.

Or let him start with Oberon, when I whisper: "My valves got stuck. Take over, 
please !"
That´s the way, to cure these know-it-all. That´s the professional way.

Or committiing a clam, a real big one - and look at him on the 2nd. Will give 
him a shock for lifetime. He will get red face & eat all my cowardness. 
We have more of such cures just ready. Life is unfair, at least sometimes. But 
fortunately it hits those
who have the big mouth.
