Ah, I see. Would someone be so kind as to put the file online somewhere more accessible? I have a globally accessible public folder where it could be put if someone can send me it by mail, unless of course this would be trespassing on someone's intellectual rights. I'm not sure what restrictions there are on this file as I can't access it myself.
