I tried searching the web for this, but it didn't turn up.
 
I'm trying to get the definitive/correct version of a Limerick about
Schenkerian analysis that goes roughly like this:
 
There once was a couple of Schenkerian persuasion
    engaged in an act of copulation.
While he was demonic to get to the tonic,
   she much preferred prolongation.
 
I don't think I have the rhythm quite right here (though the tonal aspects
of the Urlinie are arguably impeccable). If anyone on the list knows the
right version, or a better one, please send it to me (off list if desired).
