Thanks John, for the link to the article. I had not heard that there was a settlement. I had, frankly, little hope that the two sides would ever get in the same ballpark, given what the management had been coming up with.
Does anyone know what the new contract offers to the players in terms of guaranteed employment and salary levels in comparison to their old contract?
