At last year's KBHC I got such an exercise from Soren Hermansson.
It has helped to get the Bb side closer to the F side.

For those of you who can't wait until they go to KHBC next Summer,
here is another effective way.  Get some wide-grip pliers.  (You need
to be able to open them up to 2.5 cm or so.)  Squeeze down on the
pairs of tubes that come out of each rotor.

Before I started, the B flat and F sides of my horn were several
millimeters apart, but now they are really close.

You may need extra-wide pliers if you want to improve your triple this way.
