If there is a reply to a complicate & multi paragraph letter as Brittany Davies letter, it requests to quote the entire thing.
If your reading capability is not ready to read longer letters of more than ten lines, it is your problem. And the Rich Text problem ? I don't know about it. I receive everything from the list in plain text & just hit the answer button & write. So the fault cannot be mine. I use a normal PC with Windows XP Professional & Outlook. So the problem might be again yours, Paul.
