Hello to everyone on the list! I'm building a list of all the competitions (Horn) that I can find for 2004-2005. So far I have information on the following:
Western Horn Symposium Southeast Horn Workshop Mid-South Horn Workshop Paxman Horn Competition (I believe they are having one in 2004?) The Houston Symphony/Ima Hogg competition (? on this) I'd like to compile a list to include Canada and Europe. If anyone has any knowledge of any competitions specifically or any that I've missed, please let me know. I've already got most of the information I need for each one except for the Paxman competition and Ima Hogg competition assuming it's being held this year. However feel free to discuss any competition in particular that's already listed. I'm looking for ranges that can still accept applications now, and that will go until the summer of 2005. Once I've got a general list of all the information, I'll share it with the list :) These also include workshops which have solo competitions or mock auditions. I'm going to try to gather information with dates, application deadlines, URLs, and locations for anything.
