I am 61. Started playing again 3 years ago. Practise 2hours 15 minutes a day. 
I stay in good shape. Exercies 30 minutes a day. am not overweight get plenty 
of sleep and have no problem hitting the high c , unless my lips are tired.  
In today's health environment, I think people can do more after 60 because 
they stay in shape. I'm retired from 35 year business career.
