I don't think it has been in print for several years. You might find someone online selling a used copy. I haven't seen one for sale any time recently though.
I remember Hans mentioning something about preparing a new edition, possibly on CD-ROM instead of a bound book. That was some time ago; I don't know if the project is still forthcoming, or maybe my memory is completely inaccurate.
