The book was published as limited edition of 1.100 numbered copies back
in 1980. It has not been reprinted since, but been sold out since for a
long time. I am not going to reprint it, despite earlier plans, but the
resonance with the horn community was just as few rain drops in the
Sahara desert, well over the years some dozen. But this would not
finance such a project.

I still work on redoing it, including updates, but it would be "book on
demand" only and not be cheap (over USD 100.- surely). In takes time,
off course. And as a retired I am not in a position, to invest some
25.000.- USD or more in a single project (printing 500 copies some
5.000.- EUR + binding 12.500.- EUR + .....). And where to store 500 big
books ? How long would it take to sell 500 copies ? Book on demand,
perhaps. I skipped the possibility to publish it as DVD due to the
fact, that there is no financeable copy protection.

Very sorry for the less good news.

Greetings

Hans

PS: Try antic book sellers like ZVAB (find the address with google, they
are online).
