The mapping work of OSM contributors and other organizations doing damage 
assessment is evoluating rapidly. This Red Cross map is a first damage 
assessment of the city of Tacloban.  Post Imagery have been used to evaluate 
damage. The buildings traced by the OSM contributors offered the possibility to 
color each building depending on evaluation of damage.
