I'm sorry for that but this is not a "Tasking Manager" issue. The fact is that the application is installed on a server on which an other process takes a lot of resources every 2 minutes for 30-40 seconds. When this happens, other applications on this server are also slow. You can check the HOT website and you'll see a bad behavior as well.
