Hi all, HOT is in the process of re-architecting some of our key services and how they are hosted, including the Tasking Manager.
In the near-term (within the next week), we will be moving the Tasking Manager from it's current server to the AWS Cloud. This should alleviate some of the performance issues you've been seeing.
