Some projects of HOT should re-define their instructions. Also I think it would be interesting a specific HOT taggin' in some parts of a mapathon or similar (for example in phase one , when you have 50 unexperienced mappers making roads with bad imagery, it would useful a specific tagging highway=road or something like that). Then validators can specifiy the category of that road knowing the country and their possibilities with normal OSM tagging. And a "special simplified version" of ID with only the two, three buttons you have to touch to take the keys and the values of this project would be useful too.
