Seth,

The Passive mode attribute is being used in the CFHTTP call. I've
verified that the client server does in-fact support the passive mode.
As it turns out the client FTP Server is IIS 6.0 on Windows 2003
Server. All of the other servers that I have been hitting
successfully, to include remote, are UNIX boxes. I can find no
information on this issue, so until I hear otherwise I'm of the
opinion that CF 7.02 cannot connect to FTP running on Windows Server
2003 based on some type of authentication going on.
