Greetings, I'm trying to work with a client to figure out what is wrong with the connection between CF and the mail server. CFMAIL tags seem to be working properly and trying to send the mail, but the mail server is rejecting them and everything ends up in the undelivered folder. In the mail log I'm seeing that the e-mails are not being sent because authentication is failing.
The mail server requires authentication when sending mail, and the settings in the CF admin are set properly. At least, when running the test to see if the CF admin can connect to the mail server it is saying it is verified. Anyone got any ideas on what else to check?
