It is pretty hard to get things put onto the public SLB website or to get even CNAMES for the domain. I'd imagine that is why it is not hosted in one of the SLB data centers. The public site I know is for the most part only ASP/ASPX with a MSSQL2005 backend, the only exceptions I can think of is one CFM/MSSQL2005 site that they are pushing to be changed over.
