I am on most of the social networking sites, although not sure if on pownce.com I usually get an invite from a friend or co-worker to join one of the sites and I do in fact join but often just forget about the site later on.
I do have twitter, rarely put much on it and usually it is some wise crack at a friend if I do. I follow a few people on it, but been considering not doing that or at least not via IM. Seems that most people want to twitter about too many things about their personal day. Which would not be a huge deal but following more than one or two people telling me about their coffee, dog, music, and whatever else gets a little old quickly.
