I have not tried and when I sent the email I was wondering on that although
the error is an Access error and my wondering was based around maybe CF
somehow thinking that was a CF function call even though it lacks the pound
signs..
As far as the other suggestions, if the query works perfectly in Access then
I have a hard time understanding why those changes.  In regards to the Yes,
that is how Access treats its Yes/No datatype, took me a minute or two to
figure that out this morning because I kept trying to use 1.  I did just try
the restructuring of the query within Access and it does not like the "EQ"
part
