That is a good restaurant, but it gets very crowded and loud.I actually had lunch at 11:45 at Mambo Seafood today, and the wait for 3 people for an inside table was 5-10 minutes...
There is another similar restaurant (of the "mexican seafood" variety) right down the road that would be a good fit, with a much quieter atmosphere: It is larger, so it doesn't fill up as fast, and I have seen big groups get seated pretty quickly there at lunchtime.
