Though I won’t be joining you folks for lunch there (as it’s out of my way), I 
can vouch for that restaurant (Ostioneria Michonan). It’s very good and the 
prices are reasonable – you can order a bunch of dishes and not go over 30 
bucks. If you like spicy, I recommend shrimp in jalapeno sauce appetizer. J

That is a good restaurant, but it gets very crowded and loud.

I actually had lunch at 11:45 at Mambo Seafood today, and the wait for 3 people 
for an inside table was 5-10 minutes...

 

There is another similar restaurant (of the "mexican seafood" variety) right 
down the road that would be a good fit, with a much quieter atmosphere:

It is larger, so it doesn't fill up as fast, and I have seen big groups get 
seated pretty quickly there at lunchtime.

sound?  It is near I45 and Beltway 8 so access should be easy.  The
biggest complaint about the place is that it is very busy and service
can be slow.
