Though I won’t be joining you folks for lunch there (as it’s out of my way), I can vouch for that restaurant (Ostioneria Michonan). It’s very good and the prices are reasonable – you can order a bunch of dishes and not go over 30 bucks. If you like spicy, I recommend shrimp in jalapeno sauce appetizer. J

That is a good restaurant, but it gets very crowded and loud. I actually had lunch at 11:45 at Mambo Seafood today, and the wait for 3 people for an inside table was 5-10 minutes... There is another similar restaurant (of the "mexican seafood" variety) right down the road that would be a good fit, with a much quieter atmosphere: It is larger, so it doesn't fill up as fast, and I have seen big groups get seated pretty quickly there at lunchtime. It is near I45 and Beltway 8 so access should be easy. The biggest complaint about the place is that it is very busy and service can be slow.
