That was probably Aptana Studio with CFEclipse added to it...
CFEclipse does have code insight (from what I recall), but in earlier
builds, it was a bit unstable. The fact that Eclipse needs Java to run
also annoys me for some reason.

I too, have tried using Eclipse-based IDEs and usually find things
that aggravate me and I migrate back to Dreamweaver CS4 (at least on
the PC... nothing can touch Coda on the Mac, IMO).
