I finally figured out the Bulk Insert capability of DBI and I have wrapped it
up in my DBIx::Array object. Take a look let me know if you find it

My tests on Oracle show that bulk inserts are much faster going from 0 at 1 row
to 100 times faster at 10,000 records.
Inserts for 50,000 records in 3 seconds is quite impressive.
