Could this be bad media? I doubt it. I think the Satin paper is pretty delicate. If you have the roll feed attachment you can press the cancel (red) and "okay" buttons simultaneously and the printer will retract the paper about 2 inches. Then the indentations will only be on the last 1 inch when you print next. Then make a custom paper size with an additional 1.5 inch margin at the top of the page (over the margin you want to be left with). Now when you print the first time use the custom paper size and after printing cut off the extra margin. The indentations don't take a "set" when you are printing one print after another. You can also use the button on the roll feed mechanism on the back of the printer to have the printer retract/expel the sheet entirely but feeding it back in again can be a pain. I retract the paper at the end of each day and use the extra margin workaround.
