Instead of left click the file name, right click and choose "save target as" to desktop or any folder of your choice. After download complete, run the file. Make sure the printer is switched on with the system maintenance browser online. You'll see the updating progress from the LCD panel of the printer. When finished, the printer will automatically shut down. Restart the printer and access the firmware update from the system maintenance browser again, it will tell you that now the firmware is the latest D.05.
If you still failed to download the file, I've put a compressed version here: http://www.tkcgallery.com/DJ%20130%20D.05.01_[B4].rar I don't notice any difference of print quality from the new firmware. May be it is a bug fix. I don't know if you can revert to the old firmware after update. But the old D.03 is available from the HP site.
