My own offerings: > What's the deal with the "paper dent" issue that I > have seen cropping up on the forum?
If you use roll paper and leave the roll loaded, the machine will leave several "dings" in the leading edge of the paper, about two inches in from the edge. I've seen it as soon as two hours after my last print. As cheap as the roll is, it's easy enough to format your next print to waste that dented lead edge, or if if the next print is a test, print on it. It's not a sharp dent, if you are dry mounting it might even flatten out. Anyone tested that? > > What RIP do you use? No RIP here either, all prints go through Photoshop in Adobe RGB using the stock HP drivers (except BW which gets HP's BW with yellow tint driver) Website: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HPDesignJet_Printers Post message: [email protected] Subscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] List owner: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Yahoo!
