I strongly agree with Charles. Look elswhere for a new printer...

I've had my 130nr for 2 years and have only put 450 prints through it. I've
gone through
numerous print heads to fix banding problems even when no print head failure
was
indicated by the machine;

the roll paper is a pain to load;

the tech also said never stockpile printheads as they have a warranty date
which is printed
on the box.. none of my print heads have ever had a warranty date on hte box -
you can
fined it, though, in the printer info pages;

the printer will not let any of our Macs see it for maintenance unless our PC
is first turned
on, accesses the maintenance, then exits, then the Macs can see the maintenance
pages
for hte printer. The Macs print to the 130 fine, just can't access the
maintenance pages
unless the PC "popens the door first."

 and now I'm getting banding at the edges of a 12x18 image on HP Satin 13x19
paper.
After being on the phone for 3.5 hours with HP tech support (for which
priviledge I had to
pay $39), I was told I should never load the 13x19 Photo Satin through the
front manual
slot! What nonsense. The tech had me to load the paper thru the rear (no guides
- just
guess at the spot to line the paper up properly)... If I didn't have a large
stock of ink and
paper, I'd smash the thing on the driveway and post the video on YouTube.

Meanwhile, my Epson 9600 just keeps cranking along...

Good luck...

Don
