I know this may be a longshot, does anyone have a spare DesignJet part C3190-40042. This is a plastic frame the right side y-axis motor attaches to and pivots with a spring to provide tension to the carriage belt. The failed part is from a DJ350C, The DJ230, DJ250C, DJ330, also use the same part. The part number is in small raised numbers on the top.
