Thanks so much for the responses to my last post. As I mentioned, I'm new to this type of printing so I hope my questions don't sound too stupid.
I am having issues getting the colors of my projects to print properly on this printer. I have run the internal print tests and they print fine, so I know this is an issue between the software and the printer. I am using two different programs, both with the same issues... our primary program is Flexisign Pro version 7... the other program I've attempted to use is Corel Draw, but it doesn't give me an option to designate the proper paper size when I try to print. What am I doing wrong? I don't want to waste more media in the process of trying to fix this issue!
