Hello, Please kindly help with this error. I live in Lagos Nigeria so every year during the Hamatan Season every where is covered with a layer of find dust blown all the way from the Sahara Desert. So every year a computer engineer comes arround to service and blow out all the dust from all my computers and printers.
Unfortunately after coupling back My DesignJet 130 it started giving Error 86:11 and wont initialise beyond this point. After searching HP website I finally got the defination of the Error. It refers me to check and ensure that the inner cover of the printheads is closed and to also ensure that the cover of the ink catridges is well closed. I have checked this HP suggested solutions over a dosen times and the Error is still persistent, the printer only boot to the ready mode when the entire printer casing is removed. Has any body ever experienced this before and what did you do to rectify the porblem. Desperately waiting for a solution Rotexy Website: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HPDesignJet_Printers Post message: [email protected] Subscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] List owner: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Yahoo!
