Hello,

I'm new here, I hope to find some help for an issue that HP does not
understand.

My DJ130 will not print a good black and white image, it prints a
heavy magenta tint in the mid to dark grays and a heavy green tint in
the light to middle gray areas.

Since these are complementary colors, I cannot correct for them, HP
insists that this printer cannot print a true black or gray on glossy
paper since it lays a color under the black, and yet, it's diagnostics
and color calibration page gives me a perfect set of gray to black
squares on glossy paper.

I'm sure that this is a software issue or possibly an internal problem
since it's obvious that at some point it prints black only.

All diagnostics are OK, all is within warranty, the paper is HP, and
it prints perfect color prints.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Michel Ditlove
