 When I first got my DJ90 I managed a perfect B&W print but I knew
absolutely nothing about printing or color management then.  But it
showed me it was possible.

 Now, when I'd dearly love to do some B&W again, I have no idea how I
did it.  I would be very grateful if you could lay out your settings
for me to be able to get a B&W without magenta highlights down one
side of a white section, and green down the other side.

As the OP said, if you try and lower magenta, up goes the green, and
vice versa.
