Have you profiled your monitor? Your monitor is probably brighter than you can possibly represent with ink on paper. What are your images of? It's also possible that you are trying to print out of gamut colors. Have you viewed the images in Photoshop with "proof colors" on? Have you viewed the image with the out of gamut warning on?
