Do you have the product specs handy? (I tried to check the website,
but got hung up.)

I seem to remember reading in one place that it could handle letter
sizes on a roll. I'm not sure if the z3100 can handle sheet fed
letter-sized paper.

Try lightly taping the sheet onto a large piece of paper if you're in
a jam to use that sized sheet.

Let us know how you do.

Good luck!

PS There was a recent firmware upgrade. Maybe that will help.
