Im learning so Ill help you with this.

Go to Hp.com in the search bar type:
 ICC profile designjet 5500 

then scroll down to:
Designjet icc mediat profiles, downloads - HP Designjet Online

Click IT.

This will bring you to the ICC Profile Page.

Choose your printer and proceed to download your needed profile.

After you download, find your icc profile and right click 
(activate) to activate it into your image editing system.

When preparing your print, make sure to implement your new icc 
profile into your print.

Thats the best I can exlain it at the moment.
