I've printed on similar Breathing Color canvas, but not with my DJ90, 
rather with a B9180 that will accomodate thick stock.  The DJ's are 
spec'd for 8 mils thru the front and 15 thru the back slot.  We all 
regularly "abuse" these specs, although I wouldn't try the BC canvas, 
it's heavy stuff.  And as you've already found out you don't want to 
use the built-in cutter.
