Hi,

I had the same problem when I first bought the 130, custom profiles fixed it
for me and now I get excellent quality. If you're unsure whether this could
be the problem, I suggest you just get one made at first, for your favourite
paper, and see whether it makes a difference. You should be able to get one
made for about $30.
