Well I just loaded my XP drivers on my new 4GB Vista machine and in conjunction with my new version of Vectorworks (its been an expensive couple of weeks), it printed beautifully.
Looking through the 130nr driver release notes, it does mention turning off spooling for large files. So I may try this on my laptop. The only issue that I did encounter is that when I exited Vectorworks, Vista reported it as not responding, even though whilst VW was running, it appeared to behave itself. So, success with the XP 130nr drivers (V6.06) on my Vista machine, although I have not loaded the utilities such as colour calibration. Hopefully this initial joy is not short lived.
