When printing with the 57 and 58 ink cartridges at a "best" setting, I am getting very dark, purplish colors. This occurs on 8x10 and 13x19 photo glossy and matte. It was working great until I changed cartridges the last time around. When printing basic text and graphics it seems to work fine. When I switch to photo glossy is when the problem occurs. It does not seem to happen when the 56 black cartridge is installed. I have replaced all cartridges, done the cleaning test at all three levels. I did the calibration test but even that does not match the X picture. The x picture is black and greys, the selection pictures all have purple hues and are very dark. I cannot figure it out but it has cost me a ton of ink, and the paper, especially the 13x19 canvas is 6 bucks a pop.
I would appreciate any help.
