Hi Nigel,
it depends on what you want to do with it.
The Z6100 is meant to be the direct replacement for the DJ5500
The Z2100 is slower, has smaller ink cartridges,but can accept sheets. The
6100 cannot, but has huge ink cartridges.
For photos and art I would suggest the Z2100, not that much wider gamut on
the 3100.
The 6100 is faster in production modes, can accept a MUCH larger roll of
media, but believe it or not the text quality on the 2100 is better!
