I doubt that they can fix  it as it is the mechanizm on how the paper 
travels. Perhaps with some newer paper that is resistant to 
rollers?..I doubt it.  But in my opinion these roller marks some 
people mention are either way over emphasized, or people tend to leave 
them on the machine without removing the print. I have an auto cutter 
on my 130, and do not see any roller marks.  and I am 75% of the time 
going over the prints inch by inch for color seperation for CYMK on a 
black on black print...I am 3 to4 inches away from the print...and yes 
I have 20/20 vision....and I dont see any roller marks on any of them, 
as the print doesnt rest in the feeder with the rollers against it.

Hope this at least clairifies how conserned you should be about these 
marks, and hope that others can chime in with their experience and 
explanation so you can weigh the importance.
