We do a bit of this. You might consider offering a canvas product as well. As to pricing, this is what we do. I get prices from all over for similar work by others. I then price myself in the lower quartile.
Then you need an edge of some sort. Mine is personal service, customer sees a test print first, offer personal delivery. Others will have many good suggestions.
