I have the same issue with my DJ130 and if you look in the HP support groups that HP sponsors you will find about 5 or 6 other people who have that problem. HP refuses to recall or fix for this systematic problem. I tried everything including changing the entire tube/ink supply stations, printheads etc. $900 and the problem came back. All you can do is keep changing printheads and yellow carts until it stays somewhat stable.
