130's have the best black in the industry.
If it has been sitting for that long, I would chg out the print head and
retry everything
far as the clunking, there are clips that break which hold the trail cable
in place, look for that.
syn oil on the rail is the best medicine for all large format printers
clean it first with alcohol, like a medical wipe, and only use it for the
rail, then put a few drops of oil on either side of the carriage and
manually it move back and forth with the printer turned off. Careful of
sprays as the encoder is there and don't want overspray to get there if you
can avoid it

lastly anyone can order a post warratny service contract for the 130's--its
229.00/year and works just like your std warranty--parts, labor etc
good for 12 months and was designed for out of warranty customers. So if you
think you need service, buy the contract, get it registered adn then call in
service guys. We have used that on some trade ins, as it is transferable to
the new buyer. Too cool. Pn is U4662PE
lastly, if you havent heard of the new Color Munki form Xrite, read up on
it.
It profiles paper and calibrates your monitor for 400.00. Better profiles
than what the mfg supplies and crazy easy to use.
Our favorite tool for the year by far.
